Sunny Side Up is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath room, luxury town home that sleeps 8 (max) and includes the complimentary use of the owners 6-passenger Street Legal Golf Cart, 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs, Beach cabana, beach towels, beach toys, yard toys, (2) beach wagons and everything you will need for great days at the beach!
This beautiful town home has an owner’s suite with a King size bed, LG Smart streaming TV, large closet and a large ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Sunny Side UP also has a Pack and Play w/sheets located in the owner’s suite closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, LG smart streaming TV and a closet. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, an LG smart streaming TV and a closet. The second and third bedrooms share a nice full-size bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo. The great room features two side chairs and a comfy couch, 70” large screen LG smart streaming TV and a beautiful entertainment center stocked with games and books. It also comes equipped with a "high end" queen-size air mattress w/linens. The dining area features a beautiful wood oval table and chairs. The kitchen island has three padded & comfy bar stools for additional seating. The open-concept kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, custom quartz counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family. You will only need to buy groceries. Step outside the French doors onto the deck overlooking a quiet green space. Sunny Side Up also comes with a two-car driveway, a garage (which houses the owners street legal golf cart, bicycles, yard toys and beach equipment) and is equipped with a key-less entry smart lock at the main entrance. For security purposes, we have motion activated cameras installed to monitor and record any activity in the driveway, back deck and just outside the main entrance.
In addition, Sunny Side Up includes the free use of the Owners Brand New 6 passenger Street Legal Golf Cart and 4 beach cruiser bikes (26” w/helmets and locks).
NOTE: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at Sunny Side Up with their party for the entire stay. Also, all drivers of the owners Street Legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid driver’s license and their up-to-date auto insurance card. In addition, they must electronically sign the liability waiver on the Legal Rental Agreement that will be emailed to each eligible driver via DocuSign.
Check out THE HUB/BIG CHILL! Directly across the street from our community. The Hub/Big Chill offers shopping, nice restaurants, outdoor movie nights and seasonal live entertainment. It’s one of the top Hot Spots on 30A!
The Prominence community features 2 very nice swimming pools.
On the north side, you will find an awesome 5000 sq. foot resort-style, child friendly pool (heated in October/November & March/April) with lounging cabanas, outdoor dining facilities w/gas grills, upholstered outdoor living sectionals, bathhouses and a fitness center. On the south side, you will find a quaint, more secluded, relaxing pool with resort-style cabanas and lounge chairs, table & chair sets with umbrellas and a really nice bathhouse.
Take the Golf Cart or the Bikes and the beach equipment to the picturesque beach at Deer Lake State Park, just 6/10ths of a mile west of Sunny Side Up. The dunes and beach are absolutely beautiful. Our comprehensive welcome book also provides directions and detailed information about 10 other local beaches in the area to explore.
For those more adventurous, ride the bikes and trek up and down the convenient bike paths on 30A and visit the nearby communities such as Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove, Seacrest, Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Or, you may prefer to take the street legal golf cart to some of these same communities for breakfast or lunch, just park the cart in a regular public parking spot. DISCLAIMER: Rosemary, Seacrest & Alys Beach communities DO NOT allow golf carts to be parked in their communities. You can only ride straight through on 30A.
