KITCHEN & DINING
You’ll love entertaining from our kitchen. It includes a double oven, blender, food processor, glassware, plates, drip coffee maker, 4 burner electric cooktop microwave, farm sink, dishwasher and all utensils to create a memorable meal. A walk-in pantry is stocked with coffee, specialty olive oils & vinegars, spices & staples, and storage containers for your convenience.
There are three dining areas; a lovely dining room which seats 8-10 with a fireplace. French doors that open to the outdoor dining area under the chandelier overlooking the pool area, an informal barrel table for 6-8 next to the outdoor grill for more casual meals and cooking demonstrations with heat lamps.
LIVING AREAS
Enjoy vineyard, olive and oak views from the large living room which has a Steinway piano and is adjacent to the TV and game room with 65" Smart Firestick, Sonos speakers, pool table, shuffleboard and the coziest sofas which make movie nights a hit. Books, backgammon, chess, and other games to enjoy a fun game night!
BEDROOMS & BATHS:
Find quiet privacy in the primary en-suite bedroom has a king bed which connects to a mirrored walk-in double closet. French doors lead out to a patio deck with seating for sunset cocktails and early morning coffee overlooking the pool and hillside vineyards. The bathroom has separate tub, shower and toilet with two sink/vanity areas.
There are two additional rooms on this single level home. The second bedroom has a queen bed that connects to the TV and game room. The third bedroom has a queen bed as well. Both rooms share a full bathroom in the connecting hall with a walk in shower, sink and vanity.
There is also an enclosed bunk room outside steps away from the main house with 6 bunks, Firestick smart TV and a plumbed outhouse, sink and outdoor shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Your own private outdoor retreat will be hard to leave once you experience the large private infinity pool, hot tub, grill, 2 firepits, pizza oven and a spacious lawn and wrap around deck with ample seating and dining tables. We have two chaise lounges, pool towels, water fountain feature, and grassy areas for kids to play. Beautiful landscaping and flowers surround you here and impressive oak trees that surround the home. We love to have a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the vineyards and listening to the birds chirping and oak tree owls in the evening. This is also a wonderful place for an outdoor lunch or cocktail reception. We have a large parking area outside as well. And of course, the vineyards are magical. We have over 20 acres of vineyard set on our privately gated 88 acres. We can also arrange a private tasting on the back deck or a caterer to make pizza and other food in the outdoor pizza oven!
GUESTHOUSE
LIVING AREA Relax in the living area, complete with a leather sofa and stylish chairs. Enjoy a movie on the 40” TV, or simply take in the beautiful vineyard views through the French doors.
Wall A/C Split with heat and space heaters. After a day of exploring, gather around the wood-burning stove and unwind with a crisp beverage.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchenette includes an electric two-burner stovetop, a refrigerator, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a sink. When meals are ready, the expandable table can seat four.
BED & BATH This two-story cottage sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms and a single sleeping loft. All beds are appointed with hotel-quality linens.
Each ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed, while the loft has a full-size futon bed. The loft also features windows on all three walls, making this the perfect spot to take in the incredible view of the surrounding vineyard.
The updated bathroom features charming details, a walk-in shower, and skylight. Loft access is via a steep staircase, and the ceiling is low. – Unprotected Windows
OUTDOOR AREA Sip morning coffee while marveling at the view from the front deck. The road leading to this private cottage continues to the main house, and guests of the main house will occasionally pass by. THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT PROPERY All structures have on-site front door camera for security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras. This is an active vineyard and we have day workers on property and occasionally have night sprays and harvest in the vineyard. The Estate Manager and Host, Jordan lives on site in a separate dwelling if you should need anything during your stay! Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer with laundry room. Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles. We have Smart TVs to allow you to access your streaming apps. We have Sonos music system with speakers indoors and outdoors. We'll provide the luxury linens, soaps, coffee, tea and private space. Surround yourself in total relaxation and nature! Additional housecleaning services are available during your stay for $450/cleaning. THE LOCATION Set in the famed Santa Rita Hills there are close to 20 wine tasting rooms within 10 minutes. Downtown Solvang is about 15 minutes and is known as one of the most charming towns in America. The restaurants are fantastic and boutiques and galleries downtown which is just a short drive away. We know the area well and can provide suggestions and special experiences through our long-standing relationships. Then return to a lovely Estate with fantastic views of the neighboring vineyards and the California hills.
