Should you love the west of the island and its peace and quaint mountain villages, and also want to take advantage of coves such as Cala Deìa for swimming, this villa is most probably the one for you. It has a secluded location on a 2,000 m² hillside property, offering stunning, sweeping views and is surrounded by an attractive set of terraces that, on the southern side of the house, lead to the pool area. The front of the villa is equipped with an outdoor area for almost its entire length, from which you can enjoy the sensational view of the sea and coast. A perfect location for reading a good book or indulging in a drop of exquisite Mallorquin wine. Take a seat and let yourself appreciate the unique sunsets to be witnessed from this position. You could almost believe that you have your own slice of the island to yourself. Take a dip in the cool pool and spend hours beneath the open sky on hot summer days enjoying a setting that can only be described as sublime. The pool can be accessed via a ladder and has a depth varying between 1.2 and 1.8 m and decoration consisting of blue mosaic tiles and meandering pattern.
