Well kept villa with pool and pool house within 2000m2 of provencal gardens with 18 olive trees. House of 180 m2 located in the hills of Magagnosc with sea view over Cannes-Antibes bay. The house was designed by an architect and offer an open plan kitchen/Lounge with open fire place/dining room on split level.
All bedrooms have french windows directly opening on the Veranda with sea view. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. One room with King size bed, one with double bed and one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms with bath/shower (one as an ensuite)
The house is well equipped with American Kitchen.
Seperate Pool house offer kitchenette, Sauna, Shower room with toilet as well as a Barbecue area.
The house is 30 mn walk from Magagnosc shops, Supermarket Casino at Rouret (Car recommended ,also accessible by Bus 500 ).
Bus stop for Grasse-Nice Airport 300 meter away.
Antibes and Cannes 25mn drive, Grasse 5 mn on the bus.
The villa has private drive way with electrical gate and interphone, garden lights

Summary: I arrived by Uber, but you can easily get to the place by bus, which is fairly regularly running. I stayed there with my girlfriend and it was a very romantic setting, with a great pool and everything else that you could need. If not, there's a short journey to the supermarket where you can easily find anything else that you might need. You can easily get to Cannes or Nice by bus, and the train should be opening in Grasse again (in August 2017 it was still under maintenance), but if you do have a car, that will make things easier. I'd highly recommend staying here, the views from the villa are perfect, it's a lovely view to wake up to, and it's a perfect place to relax, and enjoy the area's surroundings. If you're looking for somewhere to relax and recharge, you've found your ideal location.
