The villa is right on the river and has a private jetty.
Featuring 4 bedrooms with ensuite. Two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with air conditioning. There are two double beds upstairs , a double bed and two single beds downstairs. First master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath.
My villa was individually designed to accommodate comfortably a large family group, two families sharing or guests with mobility problems.
Comfortable and relaxing open plan living space, kitchen and lounge.
The main living room is extremely spacious and comfortably accommodates eight people.
The large kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a watercooler, and is spacious enough to accommodate an island table and chairs.
Additionally, a seperate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board that Villa has everything that guests need to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun.
Externally, the private 700sq metre plot boasts a large swimming pool and linked toddler pool, a lawned garden and a generous supply of comfortable garden furniture, an external shower and a BBQ.
The villa is in the most special place in Dalyan since the spectacular outlook from the front garden and balconies towards river and Caunos Mountain.
Additionally, the villa features views of Dalyan’s trademark Lycian Rock tombs and Dalyan river.
Finally, the villa has a private boat to hire which is in front of the villa.
