And the other one, distributed in ground floor with living-dining room with ceiling fans and air conditioning, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, complete bathroom and wide porch. And first floor with hall, 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.
It has a large garden. 150 metres from the sea and 1000 metres from the centre.
Located in Coma-ruga (Masia Blanca residential area), an area with fine sandy beaches and shallow waters for family tourism. Close to all kinds of services such as supermarkets, schools, leisure areas, hospitals and pharmacies, among others. Easy access to the N-340, AP-7 and AP-2. 25 km from Tarragona, 60 km from Barcelona, a few minutes from Sant Vicens de Calders station (Coma-Ruga) and 25 km from the AVE high-speed train station (Camp de Tarragona). Half an hour from the amusement park Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, 1 hour from the Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeón. Only 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Tarragona.
