Cozy, quiet guest suite boasting stone walls and two queen sized beds. The home is about 15 minutes to any destination in Music City. The space is private & has a keyless entry through the door at the lower level of the home. You'll have access to the back yard with a fire pit and a creek. The bathroom, kitchen, and coffee bar are stocked with the necessities.
You'll receive your own private entry code. You'll have the entire basement guest suite to yourself, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The back yard with a creek and fire pit are yours to enjoy as well (minus the shed). We live upstairs but the spaces are completely separate.

The driveway is a down-hill slope worth considering if you have any mobility restrictions.
