Welcome to Moonlit Waters! This 10 bedroom/10 bathroom private home is the perfect spot for your family or getaway; one of the best rates for a 10 bedroom in Branson; great location close to Table Rock Lake, Branson and Silver Dollar City and a resort area with indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball court and nice playground! We are also one of the few houses in Branson Cove with a grassy area and no neighbor on one side for privacy; the only home with a huge theatre area and private game room and a 12 foot private swim spa - heat it in the fall and winter up to 100 degrees, cool it in the summer for a private pool! Make sure to check the total rates - we don't charge all the fees that other companies charge! We also welcome your pets upon approval!
PLEASE NOTE:Pets must be preapproved and older than 1 year and together weight must be less than 100 lbs. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines! This is an area where rules are enforced.
Bedrooms/Bath - 10 Bedrooms/10 Bathrooms - Moonlit Waters has 10 bedrooms; 9 with ensuite baths. Seven of the bedrooms have king beds; 2 with an added futon, 2 have double queens and the 10th bedroom is the game room with futon. This room boasts all the fun the kids will want (We aren't responsible for late night gaming - it is vacation!) Three of the bedrooms are on the main level so no stairs at all, one of the bedrooms has a bath that is fully handicapped accessible. All bedrooms have a private smart tv with high end bedding and mattresses. This is a true home experience so there is no giant bunkroom sleeping 9 people all sharing one bathroom. Moonlit Waters sleeps up to 28 guests plus a pack and play is provided.
Living Areas - There are 3 hangout spots inside, perfect for your big group to be together to celebrate that special event but enough privacy that when the kids need some chill time or the adults want some quiet time there is always the perfect spot. The main living space has lots of natural light - plenty of seating to watch a movie together on the oversize tv or sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the expansive views! The main living area is right off the dining/kitchen space and is connected to the oversize deck. The second living area is on the walkout level - pool table and an awesome theatre seating set up with a giant smart tv! Plenty of seating for everyone to watch the game! You can also walk right out from this level and enjoy the huge deck and swim spa. Finally, there is the private game room; 3 video games and a huge tv makes this a perfect spot to set up your game system and challenge family in Madden NFL!
Kitchen/Dining Spaces - Two kitchen spaces so you can cook for your crew! The main kitchen has an XL fridge (2nd one downstairs); two dishwashers; double overs, access to 2 grills right outside the patio door. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make it easy for you to let everyone have a great vacation with 2 crockpots, high end pots and pans, a KitchenAide mixer, griddles, blenders, toasters, 2 coffee pots, plenty of place settings and drink ware too. You won't lack for anything to either make a family breakfast or holiday dinner. There is lots of dining space for your family as well; the large dining table with large comfortable seating, the island and the coffee bar allow everyone to be together and still lets the cooks be part of the visiting. The huge island will also set up great takeout and we have many options for feeding your big crew from pizza to BBQ! The downstairs kitchen has an extra fridge, dishwasher and microwave for the perfect snacks and drinks for movies and pool. (It is also a great spot to store beverages when you are enjoying the pool/swim spa!)
Outdoor Spaces - There are three huge decks at Moonlit Waters, a grassy front area with privacy because there is no neighbor to one side and the back area with the swim spa. The main level deck is covered and accessible to anyone and has a huge sectional, dining area and both grills. Enjoy the lake views from this level and you will truly feel away from it all. The lower level deck has lots of seating and makes it a perfect spot to relax while others are in the private swim spa. The stairs go right off of the deck so it is a perfect spot to walk the dogs on this level or you can take them out the front door as well. The upper level deck has amazing views!!! Located off the double queen room which has additional seating it feels like a private oasis and a great spot to curl up and read a book or catch up on all the news!
Resort Amenities - Branson Cove has it all! A heated indoor pool open year-round, a huge outdoor pool with a waterslide and splash pad, pickleball courts for the competitors among you, playground for the kids to enjoy, nice fire pit overlooking the lake and remember - State Park Marina is right next door! Boat trailer parking is available at an additional cost and is only one mile away.
