The Space:
This spacious 1300 sq. ft. (279 sqm) 2-story home accommodates 6 guests. Located in Leslie Gardens, Maynards Saint Peter Parish.
The home features high-vaulted ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors for luminous and beach breezy living! And features:
- DINING: The dining table can comfortably seat 8 people and there are two comfy bar stools at the kitchen BREAKFAST BAR. There's also a 4-top glass TABLE.
- KITCHEN: Is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you’d need to prepare MEALS AT HOME to eat relaxed, in peace.
- DEDICATED LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACES: There’s a DESK upstairs in front of the windows where you can get remote work done if needed. You could also use the glass table which is a good height with cushy seats.
- LARGE PRIVATE FRONT PATIO just out the front door with outdoor dining furniture and a distant Caribbean SEA VIEW! It’s a wonderful place at SUNSET.
- A private ABOVE-GROUND POOL was just added to the home so you can have your own little backyard oasis!
- UPSTAIRS LIVING ROOM has a cozy and comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted flat screen SMART TV with Zforce (an I.P. TV service) for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- 3 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS w/high-vaulted ceilings for a very spacious feel and there are 3 beds to accommodate 6 guests as such:

The Neighborhood:
Leslie Gardens, Maynards St. Peter area is a lovely residential area not far from the tropical beaches of the northwest coast of Barbados Island!
- The nearest beach is HEYWOOD’S BEACH and NIKKI BEACH CLUB, which are both a 5-min drive or about 2.6 miles | 1.6 miles from the home.
- The northwest coast of Barbados by PORT CHARLES & PORT FERDINAND with SPEIGHTSTOWN PIER 7-min away. A quiet, peaceful, and beautiful part of the island with lots of fish and turtles by the ports. Not a lot of jet skis and boats here. And the tranquil sea conditions make it perfect for water activity, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, etc.
- BRIDGETOWN is south about a 35-min drive south (13.5 miles/22 km) and is where you’ll find many shops and a wide variety of restaurants with cuisine ranging from local & Caribbean to Italian.
- NEEDHAMS POINT & LIGHTHOUSE is about a 35-40-min drive to the southwestern point of the island (Needhams Point) and where you’ll find the lighthouse and 3 beaches nestled between PEBBLES BEACH (north) and DRILL HALL BEACH to the south.
- THE RICHARD HAYNES BOARDWALK: a 35-40 min drive (26 km/16 miles), a beachfront boardwalk and one of the most beautiful places to stroll on the island.
- OISTINS FISH MARKET & FRIDAY NIGHT FISH FRY: About a 45-min drive south you’ll find a “must-do” Barbados activity. On Friday nights, the big thing is going to the fish fry at Oistins Bay Gardens! Excellent fish –tuna, swordfish, marlin, mahi-mahi, flying fish, lobster, chicken and more, all served in an extremely informal setting. You can get your fish grilled or fried depending on which market vendor you choose from. It's all cooked right there on the spot in front of you.
- CATAMARAN, DEEP SEA FISHING, COASTAL SIGHTSEEING TOUR: Charters can be booked at a number of tour operators in the immediate area.
- Catch a SUNSET: Head to the beach and enjoy a sunset to end your day!
Getting Around:
The Grantley Adams International Airport (Barbados International Airport) is located 21 miles | 34 km away from the home, or about a 40-minute drive. We highly suggest renting a car for your stay in order to truly enjoy the sights and attractions of this beautiful island.
If renting a car is not an option, the other methods of airport transportation are public bus (cheapest option) for less than $5 USD, taxi for around $60-$70 USD, or a private vehicle/Towncar transport for
around $80-$90 USD.
Other Things to Note:
This is a 2-story home and guests will need to climb stairs to reach the bedrooms and living room.
There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. We ask that you please be mindful of shoes with hard soles/high heels and roller suitcases. Thank you.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV with IP TV service, 2 garage parking spaces, in-home fitness room, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free during your stay.
We supply some bath essentials complimentary upon arrival like some toilet paper, soap, and shampoo but these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like the home cleaned, cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras on the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. The cameras are in the garage only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. You may smoke outdoors, but please extinguish your butts property in an ash tray. Not on the ground.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Please inform our local contact of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior so they can meet you at the home for check in.
