Guests will have full access to the home and property except for the following areas:
- Locked pantry in the kitchen
- Locked closet in the master bedroom
- Pole barn at the end of the driveway
- The swimming pool is not functional and is out of service
Smoking: There is no smoking inside the house. Due to additional cleaning costs, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.
Additional Guests:
If more than 10 guests stay overnight, a $100 per person fee will be charged for every additional guest.
Fireplace and Grill:
The indoor gas fireplace is functional and ready for guest use!
Pet Policy:
No pets are allowed of any kind. Due to the additional cleaning needed, if evidence of pets present if found, you will be billed for the additional cleaning required.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
Check-In: 4 PM
Check-Out: 11 AM
Unless a different check-out time is discussed beforehand, please adhere to the 11 AM check-out time. Staying past this time incurs a $100 per half-hour fee and delays our cleaning team.
