This open layout can accommodate up to 2 people and is nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is free, Woohoo! Maximum 2 cars per stay, message host for additional vehicle permission. Passenger vehicles only! (no camper vans, RVs, etc.)
There is an attached "Elephant Rock Escape” next to the casita. The casita shares some common walls with the main home, similar to an apartment or townhome. But don’t worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Both units have their own private entrance, A/C units, kitchen, outdoor seating areas, washer and dryer, bedroom, bathroom, and there is NO access to it from the home. But because these two units share a front porch, you may see them occasionally. Don't be afraid to say hi, they are your neighbors after all. :)
