5. Guests must clean their dishes, cutlery, etc immediately after cooking.
6. Please avoid cooking spicy foods with strong odors, as this can affect the comfort of other guests. Spicy cooking with a strong odor that disturbs others is not allowed.
7. We do not provide bed sheets or pillows unless explicitly stated on the listing.
8. Guests not following these rules may be asked to leave earlier than their reservation end date, with a refund provided for the unused portion of their stay.
9. All guests and tenants are responsible for their personal belongings and for purchasing insurance to protect against theft, flooding, fire, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters. We do not accept responsibility. By renting a room on the property, you agree to these terms and conditions.
10. Guests are required to respect the property and neighborhood by adhering to the following: only registered guests are allowed on the property, and any visitors must be pre-approved by the host.
