I have fiber optic internet. It’s less than a five minute drive to the hospital, and within walking distance to a grocery store.

Summary: Great location for gifted Scottsfest tickets from daughter and Batesville attractions like the Mark Martin Museum. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Would have liked more privacy - literally in someone's home and host is with you most of the time. Overall great weekend and host is very pleasant and accommodating.
