The town-home is located in upscale community which surrounds a man-made lake. There is public access to the lake. The location is awesome. Within walking distance of the Performing Arts Center, Coliseum and Tanger's outlet. Less than 5 miles from Boeing. Top golf coming soon. Roper's hospital is the closest. Less than a mile from I26 and 526. The community is safe and well maintained.
The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of the unit. It has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom.
You will have access to the common areas (kitchen, dining area, downstairs bathroom, living room and patio area.
