I'm eager to meet new friends from around the world through this platform. My family includes a kind husband, a son born in 2010, and a daughter born in 2013. While my English isn't fluent, my experiences living in the Philippines and Australia allow me to empathize with tourists and foreign students.
My apartment boasts four rooms and two bathrooms. I offer 1-3 rooms and 1 bathroom to foreign guests. Each room includes a spacious window, comfortable bed, fresh linens, ample closet space, a desk, and a chair. As a Korean language teacher, I can assist those interested in learning Korean.
Sometimes in the mornings, I take guests to nearby tourist spots, historical sites, or museums. It's free, so I'd appreciate it if you could spare some time at least once. I usually share stories about the Joseon Dynasty and modern history with guests while visiting landmarks. However, I can adjust the travel itinerary to suit your interests.

This site operates based on an occupancy of 1 or 2 guests. Unfortunately, the system does not allow messages regarding additional charges to be sent before booking. Although the additional fee is mentioned in the room description and rules, many guests overlook it.
For Room A, an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per person per night applies for groups of three or four guests. This fee is not included in the total amount displayed on this platform and must be paid directly to me. Please note that the amount I receive does not account for any platform service fees.
