We have a family 3 bedroom two story home in Rotorua NZ, situated 12kms out of town, based between two Lakes with the Ohau Channel at our door step, our own jetty, kayaks available, plenty outdoor living with BBQ area. Once you arrive, you will never want to leave...cosy in the winter as our fire is always blazing, beautiful in the summer, lots of outdoor spaces for tents in the summer..lovely home for any age. Our home is alarmed as well. We also have our own gym for the sporting fit people, treadmill, Exercycle, weight machine, weights etc, lastly we have plenty lawn space for groups wanting to camp.....depending on the booking & depending on numbers. For those who come to stay and feel the need of a little camping we do have tents you can pitch up outside...feel free. Lastly Sky TV free wifi.
This room has 1 x Queen size bed upstairs, large windows looking out to an empty section with views of the river/channel, 2x bathrooms in family home, 1 upstairs and the other downstairs. Free internet throughout the house. Sky TV downstairs
