We have a modern build right on the waterfront in Tauranga New Zealand. The rooms that we have to offer: Room 1 large room with a double wardrobe, queen size bed, bed side table with lamp, french doors out onto a private deck with a table and chairs, own bathroom or shared with other room if there is a guest in. Room 2 has a large picture window looking out to the sea a queen size bed two bed side tables with lamps, stand to place suitcase, easy chair, double wardrobe. every room looks out to the sea. we live on a private road with bush and bird life, it is very quiet. However we do own 1 dog and a pond with about 10 goldfish. We now have 3 bee hives and you can see the honey bees at work during the day. The dog has her own room downstairs. It is 10 minutes to get to the city and the same to a wonderful beach. There are lots of walking tracks and parks near our place. It is 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. We have a microwave available in the kitchen, and Continental breakfast is provided plus Tea and Coffee are available on request. We do like to have a quiet wine sometimes to relax after work. Our children are all grown up and do not live with us. There are a selection of mineral Hot Pools within 10 - 15 minutes drive to soak away your aches and pains. Sorry but lack of room in the fridge means there is not room for guests to store food. We have 2 kayaks available for use on request at a small charge, complete with lifejackets (compulsory).
