Just a 15-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña and 10 minutes from Paseo de Gracia, you'll be surrounded by the best restaurants and shops in Barcelona. Enjoy tranquility and style in the heart of the city.
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, I kindly ask that guests follow these house rules. They are designed to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for both you and future guests.

Please keep your room and private bathroom clean during your stay.

Please note that to confirm your reservation, a bank transfer of 50% of the remaining balance is required. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Additionally, a €100 security deposit in cash is required at check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or issues during your stay.
