The apartment is the 3rd and 4th floor in a seven-floored building, located on Quan Thanh street, Ba Dinh district in the centre of Hanoi. The area is rather populous but much less busy and and noisy than it is in Hoan Kiem district. There are many historical places you could walk to, and it's just about 15 minutes by foot to the old quarter. There are also plenty of services around.
Coming here, you will have your own private bedroom with a private bathroom in it.
And we will be sharing:

The apartment has windows on three sides of its so it's very well-ventilated and bright with plenty of light. Street noise in the rush hour sometimes bothers me too but it can be greatly reduced just by closing the windows. Othe times, it shouldn't be deemed noisy, cónidering that we are right in the middle of Hanoi. There are neighbors and the owners of the building live upstairs but we only have to keep it not too loud.
I have several musical instruments with me but I would avoid the common resting hours. Also, my workshop is small, clean, no noise, and it shouldn't be as bothering as a workshop would. I have another place outside the apartment to go crazy crazy with my work.
This room has three windows so it's very bright and well-ventilated. There is a private bathroom inside. Although there is no desk but we have many working spaces in the house.
