We are expats & world travelers sharing 3 bedrooms in our city center flat, just 3 km from the beach.
Our flat is right downtown near Gandia's historical center with outdoor cafes and restaurants featuring delicious regional cuisine and local wines and beers. Supermarkets, produce vendors, and specialty shops can be found within minutes in all directions and walkers will love the tree-lined promenade for strolling as well as riverside pathways. City buses pass every 15 minutes, one block from our door, to go to Gandia Playa with its over 6 miles of beautiful beaches, only 3 km distance. Gandia is also famous for its cultural scene with concerts, theatrical productions and folkloric events throughout the season.
Our building is near the historic center and promenade, filled with cafes, bars and entertainment. Beaches are only 3 kms by city bus or car.The city is tranquil, clean and safe, and offers many sites to visit, including the Ducal Palace of the Borgias.
