Welcome to your new home away from home!
My house here in the multicultural Parc Ex neighbourhood is the perfect option for international students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their studies.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, my home features everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and free high-speed internet.
I have been hosting international students and new arrivals to Montreal, since 2006 and I enjoy offering a welcoming environment from which you can explore the city, learn French and English and get to know the beauty of Montreal.
With easy access to public transportation and local attractions, our house is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area and getting the most out of your international student experience.
Please note generally a 1-4 month stay minimum for university students during the school year. Possible exceptions made for les stagiaires or students who have a practicum. I will ask you questions as it is important that we are compatible living roommates :)
Please note that i ask for a $250 room deposit via PayPal to hold room. This deposit will be reimbursed at the end of your stay as the room is given back in same original condition.

Je suis hôte pour les étudiants internationaux depuis 2006 et j'aime offrir un environnement accueillant pour que vous puissiez explorer la ville, apprendre le français et l'anglais, et découvrir la belle ville de Montréal.
Avec un accès facile aux transports en commun et aux attractions locales, notre propriété de location est la base parfaite pour explorer les environs et profiter au maximum de votre expérience en tant qu'étudiant international.
Veuillez noter qu'un séjour de 2 à 4 mois est généralement requis pour les étudiants universitaires pendant l'année académique. Des exceptions peuvent être faites pour les stagiaires ou les étudiants ayant un stage pratique. Je vous poserai des questions car il est important que nous soyons des colocataires compatibles :)
