No Commission, with Lobby Security. No Smoking flat and well-furnished.
Provided: A private bedroom , AirConditioning, bed, wardrobe, building management fee, WIFI internet network, basic usage of utility eg: water supply, electricity and town gas.
Other Amenities: Share-use for the Kitchen and Bathroom, such as dining utensils in the Kitchen. Already have water purifier and different size of pot/pan/boiler/cauldron/kitchenware.Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Do not provide foods or cooking service, but a light breakfast just like some snacks or biscuits for your own pick.
My building has lifts, 24 hrs watchman and CCTV at the lobby. We provided Free Wifi network in the apartment.
