My house is locatd in a quiet family area, I have a large yard with a tree that tourists like to visit, I am to 5 months minute drive from downtown or 20 minute walk, there is a bus service to one block home Airport is 15 minutes by car or taxi, half an hour by bus.
Beaches 45 minutes by car or an hour by bus, my house has two bedrooms, one double and one single, I'm always at home in the morning and evening, I like sharing breakfast with tourists because it is a family time to know and breakfast is not zero but typical and are very satisfied.
I zone smoked but do not allow liquor, rooms have fans and windows if you want to use the kitchen can, and for an additional five moderate fee $ cannisas washing machine, internet service is excellent, I have Netflix which you can enjoy if they wish in the room, they can walk freely at home, I like to feel confident and I love making friends, my house is on two floors, the rooms are on the second floor with a bathroom but it is not private, no other service on the first floor, there is parking for three cars and I like to help plan the trip of tourists before arriving home if they need it, there must be communication before we arrived, when they come home, and we feel confident and security.
