Very spacious (100 square metres) modern well lit south London apartment situated in Kennington (zone 1) being 5 minutes walking distance to either Kennington and or Oval underground rail stations. Situated next to Kennington park in a well located safe quiet area. Quiet apartment within a private estate away from all streets and vehicle traffic hence no noise of this sort. Additionally, the apartment is constructed with solid double concrete between all floors and walls which blocks out noise making it ideal for a peaceful nightly sleep.
Secure property with ample storage space, double glazed windows and central heating throughout. Guests have their own private entrance of which the front door is dual lockable with internal key chain for extra guest security and safety. Security video camera entry system.
