We are a family of four, plus a well-trained dog, living in a 5 bedroom house. Our oldest daughter goes to college in San Francisco, and our son is a freshman in high school. My husband and I are in sales and marketing and work from home. We enjoy travelling and entertaining our guests. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. We spend our weekends at the beach, hiking or watching soccer games. Our community is a lively neighborhood in San Clemente, and it's walking distance from shops, 24 Hr FItness, restaurants and many hiking trails. There is also a brand new outlet mall 10 minutes away. There is plenty to do around here. You can ride your bike, surf at T-street, take the train to San Diego, go on hiking trails, swim, rent a paddle board or play golf. We are conveniently located 10 from the beach, 50 min from San Diego, 1 hr from LAX, and 45 minutes from Disneyland. The Amtrak train station is 10 minutes away, and there is public transportation to Saddleback College and Mission Viejo Shopping Center.
