The entire apartment's size is 81.5m², on 4th floor/6, equipped with lift, three tenants only.
Location: Yläkartanonkuja two, Espoo Finland.
Condition: good and very clean.
Transportation: metro station 150m, from where metro runs 13min to Aalto campus, 24min to Helsinki center.
But stop: 120m, bus line 544 is good to Metropolia Karamalmi campus, 33min including walking, and 45min to Laurea Leppävaara.
shop: 250m, open everyday, 7:00--22:00
Rent: 510e/month, plus 60e/month for charge of water, electricity, heating, Internet and weekly sauna in house building, plus 120e (the commission fee charged by housinganywhere from landlord, if leasing period, for example, for less than 2 months during summer, or less than 5 months during autumn semester ).
Flat mates: two international students, girls, studying at Aalto University
Deposit: 1000e
Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay (estimated cost about 8..15e/month)
