A very comfortable private room in a shared flat for students. This apartment is located on the 1st floor (real 2nd floor) of a historic building in the Eixample district, known for its characteristic grid design and wide avenues. It is very well connected as the nearest metro station is just a 3-minute walk. Also, walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and the historic Monasterio de Pedralbes.
This room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. The place has access to a interior window.
The flat has 5 private rooms, two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. It's equipped with a large window that offers fresh air, a pleasant street view and a lot of light during the day. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants.
We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access - shared WiFi).
