This 1,653 sq ft | 154 sqm condo provides guests with a phenomenal stay in Mexico’s Caribbean. The 3BR condo is located in Paseo del Sol inside the gated community of Playacar Phase 2 (pronounced: /FAH-say DOS/ in Spanish) and offers lush, tropical scenery everywhere you turn. This residential area has sidewalks around the perimeter for walking, jogging, biking, or strolling. For golf fans, the Hard Rock’s world-class golf course is pretty much at your doorstep as it resides inside this community. You’ll love this family-friendly resort-style place and the spacious condo that sleeps six people.
The main spaces of the condo:
- Spacious and comfortable and luminous living space with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the lovely pool and lush landscape at the complex. There’s a Smart TV too for downtime moments together at home.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and a beautiful center island/breakfast bar. You can prepare healthy meals at home at any time and even enjoy them up on the private rooftop!
- A round glass dining table to seat 6 for a nice at-home meal in peace and comfort and good mealtime conversation around the round table.
- 3 comfortably-furnished bedrooms and 2 big full bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests as such:

- The best part is the rooftop! It's a large private bar and semi-shaded sofa lounge area with an outdoor dining table to enjoy anytime! It's a fantastic place to enjoy some after-beach fun with your vacation crew.

Playacar Fase 2 is built like a 6K circuit path so you’ll often see morning joggers, bikers, and families with strollers and some pretty incredible views of the golf course as you walk around. It’s a nice safe area.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private rooftop area during your stay. And of course access to all the onsite amenities at Paseo del Sol.

The condo is located in the gated community of Playacar just south of downtown Playa and the famous 5th Avenue. Inside the development you’ll find:

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises. The condo is about a 55-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) (please check the traffic times in GPS as there could be delays). The condo is located in the condo resort called Paseo del Sol in Playacar’s Fase 2 gated residential area.
If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! Public bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey.
There are also 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:
- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12
In the event you are driving, just note that there are PARKING METERS IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN! There is one digital parking meter box per street, so you have to look for it. The meter hours of operation for the meters are Monday to Sunday 10 am to 10 pm for a maximum of 6 hours.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, parking, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free for guests during your stay.
A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not on the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
