Entertainment abounds with a hot tub, a concrete surround fire pit, and a seasonal outdoor shower (available in Spring and Summer), all set amidst the beauty of our half-acre pond stocked with largemouth bass and all the bluegill you can catch. Enjoy the enchanting ambiance of our 20’ x 20’ balcony adorned with Edison bulbs, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plus, miles of trails await your exploration!
Indoor entertainment beckons with a complete upstairs game room featuring a pool table, wet bar, refrigerator, and a high-quality 60” TV with a DIRECTV subscription included. The game room opens up to the large balcony to create an amazing gathering place.
