Names and ages will be required for all reservations.Come check out in Cody's Cove PRIVATE POOL with attached Fire Pit for smores and hot dogs. This house is the perfect place for your next vacation in Port Aransas if you love the Pool Life.
Great for a large family or 2 families to share. Cody's Cove is in Ethan's Landing between 11th and Station St. This very spacious 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom house also has great outdoor areas for chillin' out under the house or up on the balcony. Short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart to keep the sand out of your car. Great for a large family or 2 families to share. This house is located in the golf cart approved driving area.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
