Summary: Great location and the house accommodates large family groups. The couch in the gathering space was not adequate as it was not comfortable and not welcoming for family gatherings. The couch was worn down to springs and covered by What would you call those things that were covering it covered by pads. The property needs a lot of minor repair, including broken window blinds and cabinet doors that remain open. The refrigerator door hinge also was broken, which allowed the door to swing wide open into the adjoining cabinet. The property managers were very responsive and were able to quickly respond to flat tires on bicycles and the light in the swimming pool which continue to float out of its socket. The kitchen was not very well organized and seem to be furnished with odds and ends. There was plenty of dishwasher detergent. The swimming pool, grill, and fire pit were all well-maintained and provided great outdoor fun. The location is very convenient to the ocean and the ice cream store. I would recommend this property due to the location and the number of bedrooms to accommodate multiple family groups. The home just needs some extra loving and care.
