This beautiful new home has 2 full master Suites that each have their own thermostat to adjust the temperature to your liking without affecting others. 48" TV's connected to Direct TV in both Masters, showers with dual shower heads, a free standing tub in one and a jetted tub in the other. Both have large walk in closets as well to suit your needs for an extended stay. There is a Queen size bedroom with a 40" TV with Direct TV and a fun Bunk Bed room with a 40" TV & DVD Player that can sleep up to 10 people!
One of the best features of this home is the backyard with the Private Pool and Spa, and Treadmill Exercise Room!
The pool has a shamu shelf that is 18 inches deep, perfect for both kids and adults! The exercise room has a FreeMotion Treadmill located in a private room that has surrounding windows that allow you take in the beautiful view while getting your cardio in without even having to leave the house.
We also have an area to play basketball with an adjustable hoop that is fun for all ages, an outdoor dining table that is also a ping pong table, a putting green/bocce pit, and an outdoor BBQ perfect for grilling your favorite meal.
The kitchen has everything you need in order to make good home cooked meals, and plenty of seating at the large dining table and island.
There are 4 bathrooms in the house with each bedroom having direct access to a bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay
During Colder / Winter months the pool can be heated for an additional charge. Charge varies depending on time of year and duration of stay.
