Grab meals together at the window-front dining table; set the kids up with snacks at the island barstools; host family cookouts on the gas grill outside; then dine alfresco next to the pool. The crown jewel, a sprawling screened porch overlooking the private pool with a TV, promises ultimate relaxation with beautifully appointed seating areas. Enjoy the large yard for a friendly family game night of cornhole. More outdoor space on the front porch - both are perfect spaces for sipping sweet tea or your beverage of choice. The lower level offers an additional family room with a pool table, foosball, two bedrooms, and a hall bathroom, which each bedroom can access. The second floor offers four primary suites with ensuites, and the main level offers a primary bedroom with king bed. Each room was designed to provide comfort and space. Steps to the new extended Junction & Breakwater Bike Trail, approx. 1.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and one set of the three tax-free Tanger Outlets are less than one mile away. Rehoboth Beach is centrally located approximately 2 1/2 hours from Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and Baltimore.
