Updated! Kitchen with granite, new appliances including gas stove, double ovens. New features include a wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler in the additional sitting room. For added comfort, the master bedroom and the downstairs bedroom have wall remote air conditioners in addition to the central A/C system. View of entire neighborhood, including ocean and salt marsh from crow's nest on top of house. Only 3 minute walk to the beach. Bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Set bunk bed, 2 Singles (extra-long), and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Amenities Include: Cable TV (42" LED TV in Den), DVD, Stereo, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, and Central AC/Heat, and Private Pool, Wireless Internet, Gas grill. Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit! Enjoy beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and more provided through VayK Gear. Saturday to Saturday Rental No Smoking.
