Located on one of the most beautiful streets in the Dunes this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home overlooks the 16th green of the picturesque golf course. You are welcomed by a large front porch which opens into a stunning living room, featuring a 65” smart TV, with soaring ceilings and custom built-ins as well as sliding doors leading to a very spacious screened porch, a perfect place to entertain or relax. Feel free to grill some steaks and shrimp on the BBQ grill provided. The light and bright kitchen offers white cabinetry and solid surface counters connected to a generous dining room. The split floor plan affords much privacy with the primary suite encompassing one side of the house with sliders leading to the porch with spectacular views beyond. The primary bedroom also features a huge walk in closet and offers two cozy sitting areas. The spacious master bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and double vanity. A fully equipped laundry closet with full size washer and dryer is available for your convenience. This home has plenty of space for you and your guests with a queen bed in the guest room, a sleeper sofa in the office, and an enormous three car garage with interior stairway. Dinner time is a treat with dozens of restaurants within a short drive. Conveniently located near the Sanibel Causeway allowing for easy on/off island. Pool with integrated hot tub will be complete by June 1.
