A handicap ramp from the exterior ground level to the second level's screened porch makes easy access for those with mobility issues.

Each level of the home’s interior provides a separate kitchen, dining, living, sleeping and laundry area; and a full-length Bayfront screened porch provides seating and dining areas with endless views. To assist in your adventure at Private Reserve, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Pool heats available for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone.

Summary: This was an amazing property. Well stocked with griddle, air fryer and amenities of home. Plenty of space with 2 living areas if needed. The bay was amazing with the kids able to walk knee deep in water catching crabs and finding seashells. Quick walk to beach.
