Newly renovated 3,000 square foot home with private in-ground pool (open typically mid May-September), NEW 8-person hot tub, and large game room set on 1.5 acres with private drive! Centrally located to top attractions: 4 minutes to Mount Airy, 13 minutes to Kalahari, 13 minutes to Wolf Lodge, and 14 minutes to Cambelback + Aquatopia. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this space comfortably accommodates 10. NOTE: Potential for outdoor noise on *weekday business hours* due to nearby excavation.
Arrive at the home using the private, lighted driveway with plenty of parking for your entire group. Upon entry into the home, take in the stunning views of the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with marbled flooring, completely renovated kitchen, electric fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, and 82’’ 4K QLED television. From this area, you can view the fenced-in backyard with a private in-ground pool, deck lounge, and grill as well as the enclosed spa room with NEW 8-person hot tub including lounger seat. Backdoor to pool and deck has chime for family safety.
Entering the hallway from the living area, all rooms are located off of main “walking path” as listed from front to back of the house:
BATHROOM: Double-vanity bathroom with brass finishes and tub shower.
BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM: King bed with high-end finishes including walnut, brass, and leather. Attached en-suite bathroom with standing shower.
SECOND LIVING ROOM: Enjoy this second living room with two cozy lounge chairs and couch for three.
KIDS PLAY AREA: Adorable forest-themed kids room with feature chalk wall, play tent, toys and books, kids table, and floor cushions.
BEDROOM 2: Two, queen size beds to accommodate up to 4. Access to outside with a back door.
BEDROOM 3: King bed with large closet and great daylight with floor to ceiling windows.
BATHROOM: Single-vanity bathroom with standing shower.

Enjoy the large bonus room/bedroom located above the garage, which includes ping pong, poker/game table, bean bags, and office desk. Bunk bed with 2 full beds and 1 pull out twin comfortably accommodates three guests, but can fit up to five. Weight limit: top full bed 250 lbs, bottom full bed 300 lbs, and pull out twin 175 lbs. Attached closet with many games, including poker set, adult, family, and kids games. En-suite bathroom with single-vanity and standing shower.

All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Paraben, sulfate, phosphate and gluten-free. 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
Yard maintenance completed every other Wednesday, with potential for day change based on weather.
Pool and hot tub "deep cleaning" completed every other Tuesday, with potential for day change based on availability. Routine cleanings completed between guests.
