You will fall in love with this captivating, light-filled, 6BR/4BA home with a huge back yard and private, heated pool in golf-cart friendly Grand Beach neighborhood.
Stunning open floor plan includes hardwood floors and a gorgeous 2-story great room anchored by a stone fireplace flanked by large windows. The gourmet, eat-in kitchen opens to the great room so everyone can gather comfortably. Upper level primary suite has its own gas fireplace and a private balcony. Living/lounge area outside primary suite offers a Peloton bike so you can keep your workouts on track. Three main floor bedrooms share two full baths. The kitchen leads to a nice screen porch overlooking the expansive rear deck with pool, a fire pit and play equipment for kids. ASK ABOUT GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT. GOLF CART IS NOT INCLUDED.
This home is fully equipped for your stay, including all kitchen items/cookware/utensils, as well as a high chair, two children's booster seats, a crib and a pack & play. Kitchen island seats 4 and the dining table seats 8. Outdoor seating includes a table for 4, as well as a large table with bench seating for 8-10. Gas grill on outside deck.
Kitchen is equipped with side-by-side fridge, 5-burner gas cooktop, two wall-mounted ovens, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster. Main living area has motorized shades operated by remote control. Mini fridge in dining area is great for extra drinks.
