The style is reminiscent of a European country residence, with private-gated courtyard, a relaxing pool deck and Gourmet grill area, as well as direct beach access.
Take pleasure in the craftsmanship both inside and out of this lovely home! Once inside the private courtyard gates, Guests enter through the front door into the main foyer. There are two beautifully appointed master bedrooms on this level, each with their own private baths and quiet outdoor porches. You will also find a half bath and wet bar in the entryway. The Kentucky Barn Wood doors and floors throughout this home give it a feeling of old country with a mix of new coastal charm. The light and open kitchen welcomes you on the 2nd floor. This kitchen is fit for a chef and comes complete with the highest quality appliances, kitchenware and beautiful marble countertops. The dining area is casual yet elegant, perfect for families or fine dinner parties. The 2nd floor balcony will surely captivate you with amazing views of the Gulf. Dine al fresco and enjoy the evening breeze from our favorite spot in this home. Enjoy the Master bedroom located just off the 2nd level, with a private bath and balcony that overlooks the pool and courtyard. The 3rd floor custom bunk bedroom, also with private bath, is perfect for lounging. Kids and adults will enjoy this fun, casual area!
