Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex's common areas. Please wear the bracelets provided inside the unit to access the common areas. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.
Check-in is 4 pm, access before then is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a privileged area with access in a short walk to the best beaches - Playa del Holi and Playa Flamingos! The La Isla Shopping Village is just a stone's throw away! There you'll find loads of shops, restaurants, and more! Due to the prime location, it’s very easy to move around the area, by bus, car or Uber.
Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 5 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). You'll have access to underground parking for your convenience if you are arriving by car.
Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance fee for the beach club, just the minimum consumption of a meal is required. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

- During the rainy season, sometimes the nearby river floods water towards the beach, to which the condominium has direct access and you’ll need to navigate through to get to the beach.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before then is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9 am.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
