Villa DC Oeste is a modern contemporary design with a bit of Mexican flare. The house is 2,900 sq ft.and rest on a crest that is only 100 ft. from the ocean's surf, located in Las Tunas, in the town of Todos Santos. It offers complete privacy that is fully fenced and gated. There are magnificent views of the oceanfront/beach that stretches as far as you can see in both directions. The house is second to none with large glass openings throughout the house and panoramic views of the ocean, desert, and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, where you can enjoy the sunrise with your favorite cup of tea or coffee! When you enter the gate of Villa DC Oeste, you will be welcomed by a spacious driveway lined on both sides with beautiful palm trees at the front entry with landscape of different flora. Gravel and stone walkways surround the house leading to the heated pool, pool deck, and spa, that can be enjoyed by both adults and children. As you enter the main level of the house, there is a foyer, guest bathroom, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and amenities for your convenience. The kitchen also has seating for four at the breakfast bar, with generous granite counter space and plenty of cabinetry. As you continue into the living room there is a color TV, DVD player, and a selection of videos for your enjoyment. There are adjacent glass doors that lead to the patio which accommodate seating of up to 6 to 8 guests. There is a cozy yet comfortable living area, The dining room has seating for six, and 4 additional seating at the ktchen bar counter. Continuing on, there is a sitting area that rest between two curved stair cases, again with views of the oceanfront. You will be able to witness the most spectacular sunsets from anywhere in the house! The main curved stairs lead to the master suite that provides a king size bed, flat screen color TV, sitting area, microwave, two burner cook top, mini refrigerator, and mini wine cooler. There is also a spacious en suite with double sinks, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet where you can store and lock your valuables. There are two cabinets on each side in the closet that belong to the owner that are locked, the middle cabinet is for guests use. The patio is a step away from the bed which is the perfect location to hear the sounds of the Pacific Ocean morning, noon, and night. Located at the top of the stairs is a office space outside of the master suite. The second stair case leads to two bedrooms on the other side of the house. The first one has a king size bed, small patio facing the ocean, and the pool/spa, with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is across the hall and has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and a juliette balcony that faces the Sierra de la Laguna mountains,. You can also see the ocean from the glass window inside the bedroom. Across from the sitting area, there is an den with a sofa bed. This house is ideal for families, weddings, honeymooners and couples. The house has WIFI, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and Living/Dining area, washer/dryer, (washer/dryer available for guests staying beyond 10 days). Maid service and concierge service available at additional cost. . The heated pool/spa is located on the beach side of the house, with reclining chairs, hammock, outside grill, outside shower and a gravel walkway that lead to a sitting area that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Pool heating and AC are both additional charges per day of use. Todos Santos is a small town that gained its historical significance in 2006 when it was given the prestigious title of "Pueblo Magical". There are many artisans, art galleries, restaurants, including the legendary "Hotel California", surfing at Cerritos beach and San Pedrito beach, horse back riding, mountain climbing, bike rentals, ATV rentals, and for your night time enjoyment there are many other activities in Cabo San Lucas and or La Paz both approximately 50 minutes to 1 hr. from Todos Santos. There is a large expat community in Las Tunas, Pescadero, and Todos Santos whom are drawn here by the local people and quiet charm of the town.
