PERFECT OCEAN-SIDE, FAMILY VACATION HOME IN NORTH BETHANY! On the east side of Coastal Highway, you'll delight in the private, guarded beach that the community of Ocean Village enjoys. With inverted floor plan, the common areas . . .living room, kitchen, screened porch and decks are on the 2nd floor, while all 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. After a splendid day at the beach, cool off in the outdoor shower before heading out to dinner. Although Bethany offers fabulous dining choices, both casual and fancy... you might want to dine outdoors at home. The decks and screened porch are perfect for a crab feast, a cook out using the gas BBQ grill or simply "chilling" with a cold cocktail or an iced coffee! Hope you don't have too many cloudy days, but if you do, you'll be happy for the 5 TV's (some with Direct TV, some streaming,) to binge watch your favorite shows. No Pets or Smoking Please. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
