A rare find in Ocean Pines, where you and your family can enjoy so much of what the area has to offer in addition to your very own private pool. This home provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for 11, so invite your entire family and begin to create the memories that will last a lifetime. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed. The other 3 spacious bedrooms are located on the second level. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to plan a lovely meal which can be enjoyed in one of two dining areas. There's also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill which makes entertaining a breeze. Head to beach and the Ocean City boardwalk for some fun in the sun with nearby kayak, boat, and jet ski rentals. After a long day at the beach, spread out and relax in the media room and watch a great movie or head out back and relax along the pool side. Pool will be open from May 11th - October 5th of 2024. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. No Smoking. Bed Sizes: K, Q, 8 T, QSS. 4 TVs.
