Our neighborhood recently had fiber installed (12/22), which enables us to provide lightning fast and reliable internet. We've also installed a mesh system to guarantee super reliable access wherever you are; both inside and out. You can sit in the hot tub and "WFH" with no issues.... We've listened to our guests and understand the importance of having a super reliable internet. We want to ensure you have a stress-free stay offering both wired, and wireless access to the internet, as well as wide-screen monitors (please request), to make working from home a breeze.
There's nothing worse than arriving at a property after a long journey, only to fall asleep and wake up without coffee, tea, sugar, or any other necessity that you'd need. We pride ourselves on providing all of these ‘basic’ amenities so that you don't have to worry. We try and take the stress out of travelling by proving 5* stress-free service, and customized stays.

Open-plan indoor-outdoor living, gourmet chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line WOLF appliances, with oversized patio that includes an awning (that provides shade for dining/BBQ and TV), cards table, gas fireplace, TV, new BBQ and patio furniture, lounges and 12 seat dining table. The patio overlooks the sparkling pool and hot tub, with sun loungers, gigantic umbrellas, cabaña, and other private seating set up throughout the yard that includes real grass (a luxury in the desert). We offer the ability to have the pool/hot tub heated, which is all controlled by an iPad. This app also controls the water features, lights, and of course the bubbles. It's truly a one-of-a-kind place to stay and is perfect for families, golfers, and everything in between. We cater for all groups and customize the property for your stay, offering a variety of bedroom layouts, infant/toddler toys, cribs, strollers, and more to each group.

Stunning, spacious and luxurious 5* vacation home - set up to accommodate large groups looking for a tranquil, private desert oasis. We have indoor dining for 12, outdoor seating by the pool for 12 and actual beds for 12; not blow-up mattresses like these other properties. The property has been a designated short-term rental since 2018 so you’ll be sure to have every amenity you need to ensure a stress-free stay. Including personalized soaps, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, make-up towels, fluffy bathroom towels and ample pool towels and toys.

The oversized open-plan living space with indoor/outdoor living space is a great space for all group sizes. The kitchen boasts a massive imported Italian marble island and countertops, top-of-the-line Wolf appliances with multiple ovens, 8-range stove, double-wide Sub-Zero/Wolf Fridge, wine fridge, a vast variety of appliances and so much more. Whether you’re an aspiring chef, or professional, you’ll find everything you need in this well-thought out & appointed kitchen. We don’t judge but we try to appease both the gourmet’s and gourmand! (We have a vast amount of utensils, cutlery, crockery for indoor and outdoor, cups, mugs, wine and port glasses and every option between. We also provide all the basic food items missing from 99% of properties; such as sugar, flour, spices, K-Cups, and exceptional drip-coffee & filters. The kitchen/living room/patio living space will keep the entire group together while being able to enjoy the numerous dining, and seating areas spread throughout the home. The room includes a circular dining table large enough to host your entire group, bar stools, large outdoor dining options, cards/game table, seating options/couches by the outdoor fireplace for those cold evenings, and ample sun loungers as well as a multitude of other outdoor seating options. My favorite is the bird nest swing seat..
The kitchen is joined to the spacious entertainment/family/TV room, which includes cable, an Apple TV with subscriptions to all the main providers - Netflix, Amazon Video and much more. The giant 70” TV has a built-in surround sound with dual connection to the outside speaker system, so that wherever you are, you can always enjoy your favorite sporting event, movie and music whether indoors or outdoors. We’ve begun upgrading the system to Sonos speakers so that you can pick your favorite tune on your iPhone wherever you are on the indoor, or outdoor speakers. The dual system allows you to have two different outputs for inside, or out.!
The grand entrance leads to a formal seating area, with gas fireplace, games table, small library with views over the desert landscape, with giant Sahuaro’s, fruit trees and real grass.
The property has five bedrooms (3x California King’s and 2x King’s), with the option of splitting the king beds into twins. In addition, we provide the option to add an additional twin beds in each of these rooms. The house is set up for 10 guests. If you’d like to have 12 please be sure to let me know so that we can make the adjustments to the rooms. We do charge an additional guest fee for groups larger than 10.
We will happily customize the layout of the rooms to fit any groups personal preference(s). Every room has its own TV with cable and Apple TV’s (in most rooms). The house has four full bathrooms, each with a tub/shower, with the twin rooms sharing a jack n’ Jill; however, each of these rooms also has its own separate sink/powder room/ changing room and walk-in closet.
The raised terrace has a 12+ person outdoor dining table/ facilities with outdoor TV, that includes an Apple TB, Sonos speakers, gas fireplace (with pilot light) and a brand new high-quality BBQ (Sep 2020). The outdoor speakers can play straight from your iPhone and other Bluetooth enabled device, watch/listen to your favorite game, or whatever is playing indoors. The property boasts masses of Lounge/Pool furniture, with an 8 person hot-tub. We also offer four bikes (with helmets).
This private retreat, surrounded by mature desert landscape, makes you feel at ease, the perfect place to sit back, unwind, and enjoy every Arizona's spectacular weather.
The best part (which you’ll see from our many reviews) is that you get to enjoy the tranquil, private property on the outskirts of the city; however, you also have a vast variety of high-end bars, 20+ Restaurants, and all the grocery stores you’d ever expect within minutes. There’s a direct road from the property to the 101 (the main freeway that circles the city so that you have easy, quick access to everything the city has to offer. You’ll be surprised just how convenient the location is, so that you get to enjoy both sides of Scottsdale/Phoenix and it’s many activities and attractions. The property also sits at the epi-center of some of the best, world-class golf courses, with 12+ golf courses within 10+ mins. The largest golf publication in the US ranked us as the top golf location in Arizona/Scottsdale. Additionally, the property is centrally located for all the world-class hiking for all levels and ages, and only a few hours from Sedona for epic day trips.
The pool can be heated for a small daily fee ($50); this includes heating the spa and pool. There’s a brand new heater with the entire system controlled by an iPad that we provide.
Check-in is at 4pm, if capable we can try to provide early check-in; however, there is an additional fee of $150 as we double the staff to ensure that the property is ready on time! Early check-in is at 12pm, depending on availability. This must be requested at the time of booking as we have to check the availability of maintenance, the cleaning staff and management as we never want to hand over a half ready home. We pride ourselves on ensuring an immaculate property and if we’re unable to do so in time, we’re unable to provide early check-in.
