At Dancing Bear you’ll experience the essence of a real log cabin in The Great Smoky Mountains. Situated on 8 private acres and surrounded by forest and mountains, it’s the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Located just a short 20-25 minutes from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge you have easy access to everything Eastern Tennessee has to offer.
Upon arrival you will notice the large, flat, circular driveway. There is ample parking for all your needs.
The fully equipped and updated kitchen has a new granite countertop and rustic backsplash, there’s comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table. The gas barbeque is located on the huge deck with picnic table and rocking chairs. We also have a brand new in May 2018, Nordic Retreat Hot Tub to relax in, and a brand new electronic dart board!
The two-identical King log bed suites have private baths with Jacuzzi tubs and are located on opposite sides of the great room for even more privacy. Each suite now has new hardwood flooring and has its own door to the expansive deck and hot tub where you can relax and appreciate the spectacular view of Webb Mountain, breathtaking landscape and amazing starry nights.
Hike the trails on Dancing Bear property and at the end of the day retire to the cozy great room and enjoy the stacked stone fireplace, new large flat screen TV, WIFI, Dish Network, books and plenty of board games. For additional guests, the comfortable sofa converts into a full size bed.
Dancing Bear is a dog friendly cabin. When booking, please mention dogs, as a pet fee of $75 PER DOG, will be required. No cats allowed. If you leave your dog alone in the cabin, it MUST be crated. If it is determined that pets are brought in without our consent or knowledge, you will be told to vacate immediately without a refund.
Dancing Bear is in a heavily wooded area and fire pits of any kind are not allowed.
