Private cottage with 2 acres on Rose Island with 300 feet of waterfront on Georgian Bay. It is located in the 30,000 islands close (2km by boat) to Killbear Provincial park. The cottage is water access only, so renters must have a boat. The cottage is very private and has southern exposure. The dock has deep water access (12')
Guests have access to the entire cottage that includes volleyball, badminton, kayak, paddleboat & horseshoes.
Georgian Bay 30,000 islands is a place to explore, with endless boating options. Killbear park is very close and Massassauga park can be reached in a day trip.
