Spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo at Coolidge Falls, with a private hot tub looking directly at Loon's slopes! Located directly across the street from Loon Mountain Resort, this is an ideal basecamp for your White Mountain adventures. Spread out over 3 levels, the condo is great for families, and for couples looking for privacy.
The condo is spread out among 3 levels. On the first level, there are two bedrooms with queen sized beds. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with a hammock. There is also a full bathroom with laundry. There is an air mattress in the queen room that can be set up wherevere comfortable for a 4th bed.
The second level offers a large open concept living and dining area, a kitchen and a half bathroom. There is a wrap around balcony that features a bbq grill and swing on one end, and a private hot tub on the other. The third level features the master bedroom with attached full bathroom, and a loft area with a small work space. There is a portable air conditioner in the living room, and another in the master bedroom.
Please note-
there are several exterior stairs up to the unit, as well as stairs in the unit
there is parking for 2 cars only. Passes are required and are provided in the unit
Although we offer a private hot tub, this unit does NOT have access to the Village of Loon's recreation center.
***The hot tub is professionally maintained on a weekly basis, on Monday r Tuesday afternoons. The technician will briefly walk through upstairs to access the deck, but will limit any interruptions***
You will have access to the entire unit and hot tub.
We offer contactless check in. We are available via airbnb messenger at all times, and are local if needed.
