- Newly remodeled, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath plus over 2000 sq ft
- Fully functional home office for remote work which includes a desk, monitor, TV and Peloton. We're happy to provide an air mattress if additional sleeping space is needed.
- Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer add convenience during your stay.
- Family-friendly - We have 2 kids so we have lots of bikes, scooters, boogie boards, basketball hoop, stand-up paddle board and kids toys and games
- Quiet neighborhood, backed up into an avocado orchard with Santa Barbara Mountain views.
- The large backyard consists of a large grass area, fire pit, large dining table and sectional. We also have a trampoline and kids play structure for the kiddos.
- In the garage, you'll find our washer/dryer.
- Surfboards and boogie boards available
- Our newly remodeled Kitchen will be stocked with all the necessary pots/pans and anything else you might need.
- We are conveniently located near Haskell's Beach (5 miles), Devereux Beach (4.5 miles) and Goleta - Beach (3.5 miles), shopping centers, theaters, restaurants and breweries.
- It's a short drive from downtown Santa Barbara (15 minutes), the airport (3 miles) and Amtrak.
