3 Bedroom House in Nevada City
3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1930s cottage full of California charm and lots of amenities. Walking distance to downtown Nevada City, the National Exchange Hotel, Three Forks, Pioneer Park and great restaurants and bars. Just a short drive to the Yuba River, Scott's Flat Lake, and endless hiking trails. This is the perfect place for a long weekend getaway, a new wfh location, friend trips, and adventure lovers.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with a small cleaning fee!
The space
**We recently upgraded the cottage to include a third bedroom and relocated the office to a different part of the house. This is not yet included in the photos but we promise that it is a lovely addition!
A little slice of small town paradise! This beautiful 3bd/2ba bungalow is 1,200 sq ft with plenty of outdoor space, including private patio areas. It has hardwood floors, a cast iron wood stove, an outdoor grill, outdoor seating, luxurious beds, and fast wifi.
The backyard is spacious, perfect for yard games and enjoying your coffee in the sunshine. A dining table with chairs and two lounge chairs allow for maximum outdoor enjoyment.
Bedroom 1 is the primary suite with a king bed and attached bathroom with a tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable king bed and gets beautiful natural light. Bedroom 3 is a bit smaller and includes a queen bed with a guest bathroom in the hallway. The guest bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze but still has victorian charm! Both bathrooms are stocked with organic shower and bath products.
There is a designated office space and high speed wifi throughout the house for those that need to get work done.
The living room has a smart TV with access to HBOmax and Hulu free to guests so you can cozy up for a movie night.
The home has central A/C and heat connected to a Nest thermostat.
There are two designated parking spots in the back and street parking for two cars. Parking spots in the back are big enough to park your boat if you're bringing it along.
Other amenities include: Coffee maker, coffee (+cream and sugar), tea, Vitamix blender, hot water kettle, a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, and more!

Guests have private access to the entire house, front & back yards, and parking area.
