The main level boasts an open style great room including the kitchen, dining, and living areas perfectly suited for groups to spend time together. Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun, interact with everyone in the open style common areas without missing a beat! The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls & utensils, everything you need!
Prepare meals or order out, the large dining room table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal together.

Remote workers and students alike have their own desk in the main floor office, take advantage of high speed internet throughout the house.

Retire upstairs to the large master suite with King bed and cable tv. The spacious bathroom features a dual sink vanity for getting ready, garden tub, and shower. Also upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms both with comfortable queen size beds as well as another spacious full bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street, as well as the 2 car garage.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Private Hilltop Home is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, just blocks from Plaza Midwood's vibrant restaurants, bars, and shops. Centrally located, it offers easy access to Uptown, NoDa, South End, Dilworth, and more.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house-trained :). A pack-and-play is also included at the property! If pets will be in the property for over 1 week, we reserve the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 2-3 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to fine.
MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
No third party bookings. The booking guest is required to be staying at the property otherwise MyTripify will cancel the reservation without refund.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property, so please respect the neighbors’ peace. Only booked guests are allowed on-site, and no parties are permitted. Disturbances will incur a $400 fine and may lead to termination of your stay without a refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owners closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. We do NOT allow cats. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Parking is available for up to six cars in the driveway, garage, and on the street. No garage remotes are provided; access the garage via the wall remote inside. Please close the garage door and lock the door to the house when leaving.
Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Excessive Trash
All trash, including unused food, must be removed from the refrigerator, cabinets, and indoor bins, then placed in the outdoor receptacles. Trash exceeding the receptacle space should be disposed of by guests before checkout; excess trash will incur a $75 fee per bag.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally, you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Checkout Instructions
Guests are responsible for all of the following: Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine.
-Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
-Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure, Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
-Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters, use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
-Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris, Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer
-All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles.
-Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure
